OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Job Scope:

Procurement & Material Planning

• Purchase and arrange the required raw materials, consumables, accessories and other production-related items according to confirmed orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials are available and delivered according to the production schedule.

Order Costing & Pricing

• Prepare costing for selected orders, or customised projects.
• Calculate material, production and other relevant costs to ensure the order remains within the targeted cost and selling price.

Order Coordination

• Maintain an up-to-date order status and follow up with the relevant departments at each stage.
• Ensure all requirements, specifications and deadlines are properly communicated and followed through.

Production Monitoring

• Monitor the progress of both sample production and mass production.
• Follow up closely with the production team to ensure work is progressing according to schedule.
• Identify potential delays or production issues early and escalate them to management when necessary.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues and keep orders moving.

Delivery & Completion Coordination

• Monitor production completion dates and ensure finished goods are ready according to the agreed delivery schedule.
• Coordinate with the relevant parties to ensure completed orders are properly prepared for delivery or collection.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement/ costing
     (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
• Good working attitude, self‐motivated, excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good analytical and cost management skills
• Good spoken and written in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers
• Full-Time position and Malaysian only
