The role

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to step into a busy, growing operations team. You'll provide strong administration support across onboarding, compliance, project scheduling, mobilisation and equipment coordination. This role suits a confident, capable administrator who brings real initiative.

What you'll own

• Onboarding new employees, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Keeping compliance on track: medicals, AODs, training, POs, VOCs, inductions
• Coordinating project mobilisation: scheduling, flights, site compliance, equipment and timesheeting
• Managing equipment purchasing, hire and supplier relationships
• Maintaining databases and ensuring all systems reflect accurately
• Being a pivotal internal liaison between key business stakeholders

What you'll bring

• A solid administration background supporting connected business functions

• Genuine attention to detail

• Great communication skills, liaising confidently with clients, employees, and suppliers at all levels

• Strong understanding of mobilisation, compliance, and site access requirements

• Confidence using workforce planning systems and Microsoft Office - experience with ERMS, INX, SuccessFactors, SAP, OPMS or IFS will be highly regarded

• Ability to solve problems and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
