Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support and coordinate day-to-day operations for our projects across the globe. The candidate will coordinate project activities, logistics, personnel, equipment, travel, and communication between different teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities for Africa projects
• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Coordinate personnel deployment, travel, accommodation, and site requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, agents, transporters, and customers
• Monitor equipment, tools, materials, and other project requirements
• Coordinate and support field teams and technicians when required
• Monitor project schedules and provide regular updates
• Follow up on deliveries, transportation, and other logistics activities
• Handle operational issues and coordinate solutions promptly
• Maintain accurate project and operations records
• Prepare regular operations reports for management
• Ensure smooth communication between the office and project sites
• Support other operational activities as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant operations or project coordination experience
• Experience in logistics, shipping, trading, or project-based companies is an advantage
• Good coordination and multitasking skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple activities
• Willing to travel when required
