What they need
Key responsibilities are to:
1. Coordinate and communicate daily requirements with other department regarding inventory, orders, allocation and delivery requirements
2. Handle post-delivery, including GRN (Goods Received Notes) and issue credit note
3. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory across all plant and storage location :
- Perform daily stock count and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure all inventory movement are recorded promptly and correctly in the system (SAP)
- Assist in report & closing report
- Support outbound coordination
5. Carry out additional duties as assigned by the immediate superior & perform other duties that may be assigned
Requirements:
Certificate / Diploma in related field.
Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and/or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
