Operations Coordinator

About the Role

AstraMedic Solutions is looking for an Operations Coordinator to help manage and coordinate daily business operations across our projects and teams. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, good at follow-ups, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily remote operational activities and workflows
• Assign, track and follow up on team tasks
• Monitor deadlines and project progress
• Maintain operational records, reports and documentation
• Coordinate communication between management and team members
• Identify operational issues and escalate them to management
• Assist in implementing and maintaining SOPs
• Support management in day-to-day operational matters
• Help ensure smooth coordination between different business projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good command of MS Office and Google Workspace
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving approach
