Operations Coordinator

As part of the EMEA Operations team, and under the supervision of the Operations Manager, your missions will be to: Manage and plan the schedules arrangements of Quality Control and Compliance services in the EMEA zone, in line with our clients timelines and requirements. Communicate with vendors, factories and inspectors for service scheduling. Plan and allocate the resources according to the service types, inspectors and auditors expertise, and transportation cost. Ensure the daily operational support to our inspectors.

Have excellent communication skills and ability to deal with pressure and to meet tight deadlines Like to be exposed, manage relationship with clients, factories and other QIMA departments Are ready to work flexible hours upon business needs Have a problem solver mindset which turns challenges into solutions Have a high level of energy, dynamism, and motivation!
