We need a dependable DOER who takes ownership, manages competing priorities, and gets things DONE with excellence!

Compensation

• $60,000–$70,000

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contracts from acceptance through closing
• Track deadlines, deposits, contingencies, and required documents
• Organize photography, signage, property access, and vendor appointments
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs, and closings
• Maintain accurate files, checklists, trackers, and systems
• Communicate updates to clients and transaction partners
• Identify stalled items and keep each file moving
• Document procedures and improve daily workflows

Qualifications

• Previous coordination or professional support experience

• Highly organized and detail-focused

• Dependable with excellent follow-through

• Able to manage multiple deadlines

• Confident working with clients and vendors

• Comfortable learning new technology

• Willing to obtain a real estate license
