Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and organised Operations Coordinator to join our busy and growing Electrical Services Company.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, this is a varied, fast-paced and dynamic role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business across operations, customer service, compliance, HR administration and credit control.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance administration, customer queries and follow-up works.
• Manage operational documentation, electrical certification and records.
• Support ISO and PSA compliance, including documentation and audit preparation.
• Maintain HR, leave, training and employee records.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to management.

About You

• 2+ years’ experience in a coordination or similar role.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in electrical services, construction or a related industry is an advantage

Pay: €30,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
