About the Role
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll support customers, coordinate service activities, and help keep our Watermetrics operations running smoothly.
Working closely with customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams, you'll monitor device performance, coordinate service requests, and help ensure our smart water monitoring solutions are delivered accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organised, solving problems, and making sure the details don't get missed.
Key Responsibilities
You'll monitor and report on device performance, investigate and follow up on non-reporting devices, and coordinate service work as required. You'll support customer enquiries, respond to incoming calls, maintain accurate records, and assist with day-to-day operational administration.
You'll also build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues while contributing to a safe, organised, and customer-focused team culture.
About You
You're an organised and proactive team player who takes pride in delivering great customer service. You can manage competing priorities, communicate confidently, and adapt to changing demands in a busy environment.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Experience in administration, customer service, coordination, or a similar support role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- A positive, practical, and customer-focused approach
Why You'll Love Working With Us
ADR operates with the heart of a family business—our people come first, and your wellbeing is our priority. We are a supportive team and offer a competitive salary package plus excellent benefits, including:
- Bonus Opportunities
- Southern Cross Health Insurance (after 6 months), plus Life and Trauma insurance
- Comprehensive Health and Wellbeing program & EAP support
