About the role
The Operations Coordinator monitors the operations and growth of franchisees by developing and implementing strategies to enhance franchise operations, collaborating with franchisees to ensure brand consistency and adherence to standards, and monitoring sales performance and implementing improvements to achieve business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Regularly visit and monitor franchise outlets
- Execute strategies to increase franchise profitability
- Implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standard operating procedures
- Provide guidance and support to franchisees on operational issues including franchise contract renewal, RTS-SPK availment, re-training, transfer of ownership, ordering and delivery guidelines, and relocation
- Provide an initial assessment to the franchisee's proposed location before the ocular inspection of the Business Development Team
- Attend and assist new franchisees during the grand opening
- Submit a comprehensive report of food cart status in the assigned area of responsibility
