OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

Assist in manage daily operations by scheduling staff, controlling inventory, and supervising workflows to ensure smooth service delivery

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer retention

Support promotional campaigns, special events, and upselling initiatives to boost sales

Train, guide, and motivate staff to enhance team performance and service quality

Resolve customer complaints and handle special requests professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction

Maintain consistent high service standards to ensure a positive customer experience

Conduct regular staff briefings to align team efforts with service goals and operational expectations

Prepare operational reports and analyze data to inform and support managerial decision-making

Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, inventory, and staff records for operational transparency

Required competencies and certifications

Experience in the service industry with management or leadership experience considered an advantage

Proficiency in restaurant/cafe management systems and office software

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Customer-focused mindset with attention to service quality

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively

Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
