Operations Coordinator

About the role

Operations Coordinator provides administrative and data support to the plant operations team. The position is responsible for maintaining accurate production, inventory, logistics, and operational records and ensuring that reports and documents are complete and updated.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily administrative and operational activities of the plant
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and operational records
• Record incoming and outgoing LPG, cylinders, materials, and supplies
• Encode daily production and plant operation data
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files
• Encode and maintain records of plant purchases and operating expenses
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist in preparing documents and records needed for internal and external audits
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

About you

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, inventory, operations, logistics, or administrative work is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good data entry and documentation skills
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Can handle confidential company information
