Operations Coordinator

ACS Aviation at Perth Airport is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our busy operational team, working across both weekdays and weekends. This is a varied, customer-facing role at the centre of our flight training and airport operation, involving regular interaction with students, pilots, instructors, customers and other departments. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service while ensuring calls, emails, operational information, records and documentation are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handle incoming telephone calls, emails and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate the daily flying training programme and operational changes.
• Liaise with instructors, students, Engineering and other departments.
• Coordinate aircraft defects and planned maintenance requirements.
• Maintain accurate operational records and support document control.
• Process customer payments and assist with pilot supplies and additional services.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and general administration.
• Communicate important operational information across the business.
• Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service.
• Maintain high standards of safety and report any safety concerns promptly.
