Job Title: Operations Coordinator – Freight Brokerage
Compensation: $18–$20/hour (Entry-Level, Training Provided)

We’re seeking a highly motivated Operations Coordinator to join our growing freight brokerage team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start a career in logistics. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating freight shipments, ensuring excellent service for clients, and supporting operational success from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Freight Coordination: Match shipper needs with reliable carriers across various modes (dry van, reefer, flatbed, specialty lanes).
• Client Success: Deliver top-tier customer service, resolve issues quickly, and help build strong, lasting relationships.
• Dispatching: Monitor and manage the shipment process from pickup to delivery, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house carrier sales reps to ensure each load moves smoothly and efficiently.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve freight-related issues in real-time with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
• Tracking & Reporting: Keep detailed and organized records of all loads and communicate timely updates to leadership.
