Operations Coordinator Required For University in Dublin 9 - Up To 50K, Immediate Start, Initially 3 Month Contract.
The role:
- Assist with procurement and tender processes, including the preparation of documentation and support with tender evaluations.
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure the efficient delivery of healthcare placements across hospital settings.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare management reports to support decision-making and service improvement.
- Collaborate closely with management teams to implement policies, procedures and systems that enhance operational workflows.
- Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve operational targets, service objectives, and high standards of service delivery.
