Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations and coordinate with sponsors, partners, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Coordinate with sponsors, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Follow up on deliverables, requirements, and pending activities.
Maintain operational trackers, schedules, and documents.
Coordinate meetings, events, and other operational activities.
Communicate updates and action items to relevant teams.
Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Ensure smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, events, client servicing, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.

What We are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in stakeholder communication, with the ability to manage follow-ups and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Experience in sponsor coordination, events, partnerships, or client servicing will be preferred.
