The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career with an industry leader. You'll work closely with operational leaders, frontline teams, customers and contractors, gaining exposure to everything from finance and payroll through to logistics, fleet operations, customer service and business improvement.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating owner driver invoice administration and processing
• Supporting payroll activities and ensuring work orders are accurately processed
• Coordinating daily service schedules and operational activities
• Monitoring operational performance, productivity and fleet utilisation
• Supporting reporting, continuous improvement initiatives and business opportunities
• Assisting the Branch Manager with facilities and branch administration

About You

You are someone who enjoys being busy, can juggle multiple priorities and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves when challenges arise.

This role requires someone who is:

• Resilient and confident when dealing with competing demands and changing priorities
• Motivated to learn and build a long-term career
• Adaptable and comfortable working across different areas of the business
• A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Organised, proactive and able to manage their time effectively
• Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems
• Committed to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement
