Operations Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

* Liaison with government offices for school registrations, approvals, and documentation.

* Visit and monitor activities across Chisel Montessori School campuses (Nanganallur, Mugalivakkam, and Selaiyur).

* Coordinate and supervise maintenance works such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and repairs.

* Support admission and marketing activities, including pamphlet distribution, banner installation, newspaper inserts, events, and local promotions.

* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of work.

* Submit regular updates to management on assigned tasks.

Requirements

* Chennai-based candidate with good knowledge of city locations.

* Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

* Car driving skills will be an added advantage.

* Tamil speaking is mandatory; basic English knowledge is preferred.

* Prior experience in field operations, administration, liaisoning, maintenance coordination, or similar roles is preferred.

* Comfortable with field work and travel within Chennai.

* Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
