Operations Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project logistics and transportation activities.
• Arrange and coordinate movement of heavy equipment, machinery and cargo.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, subcontractors, site teams and internal departments.
• Prepare and update transportation schedules, delivery arrangements and job status.
• Monitor vehicle and driver movements to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with documentation such as delivery orders, permits, job sheets and related logistics documents.
• Follow up on loading, unloading and delivery arrangements.
• Update customers and internal teams on job progress and any delays.
• Ensure all logistics activities are carried out safely and according to company procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of logistics/transport experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Willing to travel or work at project sites when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence is an added advantage.
