Operations Coordinator

Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing U.S. pet food company dedicated to creating healthy and high-quality pet food brands. As our business expands, we are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Operations Coordinator to join our team in Ontario, CA. This role will support day-to-day operations, sales support, order tracking, and cross-departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day company operational activities
• Coordinate order processing, customer communication, and warehouse/logistics-related tasks
• Maintain and update customer records and business data management systems
• Support the sales team and other business departments with daily operations and workflow
• Assist with general administrative and operational matters as needed

Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Prior experience in operations coordination, sales support, customer service, or logistics preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and business software systems
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment

Compensation:

• $50,000 - $60,000 per year (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)
