Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to coordinate client-site operations, logistics, workforce deployment, quality, compliance, and operational reporting. The role will work closely with field teams, clients, and management to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations across multiple client facilities.
• Plan vehicle deployment, logistics, and material movement.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and monitor workforce productivity.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, and operational staffing requirements.
• Support safety inspections, compliance checks, and corrective actions.
• Monitor service quality and material segregation/recovery standards.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues.
• Support process improvement and technology/ERP initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, facility management, or related areas.
• Experience in waste management or service operations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/operational software.
• Strong coordination, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
