Operations Coordinator

This is not an entry-level position. We need an experienced, confident leader to run our overnight operations, direct the night team and keep the day team on track.

Location: Candidates based in Hoshiarpur, or willing to relocate there, are preferred. You will work from home at first; the operations team will then move to our Hoshiarpur office.

What you'll do

• Reply to client messages on WhatsApp and escalate questions to the team lead
• Onboard new clients: create groups, share checklists and portal links
• Log tasks, track IRCC requests and deadlines, and hand over to the next shift
• Follow up on payments, submission confirmations and authorization letters

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in operations, team supervision or client service
• Strong leadership: you direct a team, hold people accountable and make decisions on your own
• Available for overnight shifts
• Clear, confident written English
• Organized and comfortable with WhatsApp, email and Excel
• Asset: Canadian immigration experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Operations management: 4 years (Required)
• Canadian immigration: 4 years (Preferred)
