We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to oversee daily delivery operations, fleet scheduling, route planning, customer coordination, and resource management. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient service delivery, operational excellence, and compliance with safety and quality standards while supporting a high-volume distribution operation across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and optimize routes to maximize operational efficiency.
• Assign delivery routes and monitor fleet performance.
• Manage recurring and ad-hoc customer orders while ensuring service commitments are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer delivery inquiries and scheduling requests.
• Coordinate manpower and vehicle availability to support daily operations.
• Work closely with supervisors, drivers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain operational records, delivery schedules, transactions, and customer interactions.
• Analyze operational performance and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare operational reports and support ongoing business objectives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
• Operations Coordination
• Logistics Operations
• Fleet Operations
• Transportation Operations
• Supply Chain Operations
• Strong experience in route planning, dispatch, delivery scheduling, and fleet coordination.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Urdu is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Sound knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and extended hours when required.
