Operations Coordinator

• Manage the daily allocation and deployment of field pickup personnel across designated locations.
• Monitor staff attendance, pickup assignments, and daily operational activities.
• Organize pickup schedules and assign routes to improve area coverage and operational efficiency.
• Follow up on pending pickups and ensure completion within the prescribed turnaround time.
• Verify daily pickup reports and maintain accurate operational records.
• Prepare weekly payout calculations for field personnel based on completed pickups and applicable payment terms.
• Resolve field-level operational issues, pickup delays, and personnel availability concerns.
• Arrange backup personnel when required to ensure uninterrupted pickup operations.
• Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures for sample and material collection and handling.
• Identify opportunities to improve route planning, reduce travel expenses, and enhance last-mile productivity.
• Submit regular reports on pickup performance, attendance, pending tasks, and operational issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
