Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to support our plant operations through accurate data encoding, inventory monitoring, report preparation, and proper documentation. The successful candidate will help ensure efficient daily operations, accurate records, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and logistics records.
• Encode transactions related to production, purchases, expenses, and cylinder transfers.
• Monitor inventory and reconcile system records with physical stock counts.
• Prepare timely operational and inventory reports.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital documents for audit purposes.
• Assist in tracking product movements and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Support permit processing and licensing documentation.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and occupational health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college graduate is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience in inventory management, data encoding, or plant operations is an advantage.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
