Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations, coordinate staff, and ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily pest control and cleaning service schedules.
• Assign duties to technicians, cleaners, drivers, and other staff.
• Communicate with clients regarding service schedules, complaints, and requirements.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and daily work progress.
• Prepare daily work schedules, service reports, and operational records.
• Coordinate with supervisors and field teams to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Follow up on customer complaints and arrange necessary corrective actions.
• Maintain service records, job sheets, and other operational documents.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and uniform requirements.
• Assist management with daily operational activities and reporting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in operations coordination, preferably in pest control or cleaning services.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage work schedules.
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Pay: Up to AED2,300.00 per month
