Operations Coordinator

· Coordinate daily operational activities between Projects, Stores, Procurement, and Site teams

· Track work progress and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks

· Assist in mobilization and demobilization of manpower, equipment, and materials

· Coordinate dispatch and receipt of materials, tools, and equipment

· Liaise with Stores and Logistics teams for material availability and movement

· Maintain tracking of shipments, deliveries, and site requirements

· Maintain accurate operational records, logs, and reports

· Prepare daily/weekly operational status reports

· Ensure all documents are properly filed and stored in company systems

· Act as a communication link between site teams, clients, and internal departments

· Coordinate with Project Engineers, Supervisors, and Material Coordinators

· Support scheduling of activities and resource allocation

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HSE standards

· Support implementation of safety requirements in operations

· Assist in preparing work schedules, reports, and operational plans

· Monitor attendance, manpower deployment, and site coordination

· Support procurement requests and follow-ups

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
