Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Coordinator to support our Operations team and help drive performance, strengthen leadership , and improve operational processes .

What You'll Own

• Support and guide supervisors in achieving service levels, performance metrics, and quality objectives.
• Analyze operational data, identify performance trends, and develop action plans for improvement.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve processes and results.
• Collaborate with Workforce, Quality Assurance, Training, and HR to ensure operational alignment.
• Coordinate retention initiatives with HR by identifying attrition trends and developing employee engagement strategies.
• Support client escalations and communication while maintaining a client-first approach.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
• Address performance concerns, mediate conflicts, and encourage open communication and transparency.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures and updates to existing SOPs.
• Support new projects, process improvements, and departmental rollouts.

What You Need

• 3 to 5 years of experience in team leadership and operations oversight.
• Strong understanding of processes, KPIs, and client expectations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Experience handling escalations, resolving conflicts, and managing performance concerns.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professionalism, accountability, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Emotional intelligence and the ability to lead through collaboration and empathy.
• Adaptability, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Upper intermediate English ( written and oral).
