The successful candidate will initially focus on learning our business, understanding existing workflows, assessing administrative needs, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and communication.
As the individual becomes familiar with the operation, responsibilities will evolve to include greater ownership of recurring administrative functions, process improvements, and special projects.
