Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
Heartwood Fence is looking for someone dependable and organized to help keep our fence projects running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the branch owner to handle all the behind-the-scenes tasks that make our jobs successful.

What You’ll Do:

• Order fence materials and make sure they arrive on time
• Set up installation dates with homeowners and the subcontractors who build the fences
• Apply for permits when needed
• Visit job sites to make sure the work is being done right
• Book sales appointments and keep calendars updated
• Check in with customers who haven’t made a decision yet
• Help with other daily tasks to keep everything moving

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone organized and good at keeping track of details
• A clear communicator who’s comfortable talking with customers and contractors
• Able to juggle several tasks without getting overwhelmed
• Bonus if you’ve worked in construction or home services before
• Comfortable using a computer, email, and online tools
• Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation for local site visits

Pay:
$18-20/hour, based on experience
We prefer full-time but are open to part-time for the right fit.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
