Operations coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team.

You will play an important role in supporting our daily operations, coordinating between sales, purchasing, production and installation teams to ensure smooth and timely job completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales orders and production requirements.

• Handle material purchasing, supplier follow-ups and stock monitoring.

• Plan and coordinate production and installation schedules.

• Assist with job costing, job completion verification and billing coordination.

• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in administration, purchasing or operations preferred.
• Basic competency in computer applications.
• Good organisational, communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable communicating daily with a multicultural workforce, including foreign workers.
• Responsible, diligent, proactive and resourceful, with strong initiative, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, multitask and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential.

What We Offer

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
