Operations Coordinator

BASS MCS is a veteran-owned, fast-growing provider of electrical inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair for mission-critical facilities nationwide, including data centers, hospitals, and utilities. We are hiring a remote Operations Coordinator to handle the administrative side of our maintenance jobs so our project managers can focus on running projects. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role for someone who loves follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Set up new jobs and tasks in Monday.com.
• Confirm site contacts, send job confirmations, and verify Certificates of Insurance.
• Request, receive, and file purchase orders.
• Track open items and flag anything pending before each job.
• Collect and file technician reports, photos, and closeout documents.
• Prepare Excel reports and follow up on outstanding billing.

Requirements

• 2+ years in project coordination, operations coordination, or project management.
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Microsoft 365.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization across many projects.
• Able to work independently from a dedicated home office with reliable internet.

Preferred

• Construction, electrical, or trade industry experience.
• Monday.com experience.
• Prior remote work experience.
