CrowdSync is looking for an Operations Coordinator to own the client experience from the moment a sale closes through the successful completion of the event.

This is a highly client-facing role at the intersection of operations, event production, logistics, and technology. You’ll be responsible for making sure every CrowdSync event is properly prepared, every client knows exactly what they’re doing, and nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll take the handoff from our sales team and become the primary point of contact for the client.

What You’ll Do

You’ll manage each event from post-sale through post-event, including:

• Lead creative and planning calls with clients
• Help clients understand how to use CrowdSync LED wristbands effectively and creatively
• Manage event details, timelines, quantities, tracking, and logistics
• Coordinate with our warehouse and operations teams to ensure shipments go out accurately and on time
• Identify opportunities to upgrade or expand an order when it makes sense for the event
• Guide clients through their initial technical setup once their transmitter and wristbands arrive
• Make sure clients feel comfortable with the technology before event day
• Stay close to each event to proactively catch issues before they become problems
• Follow up after events and coordinate the return of transmitters, equipment, cases, and other CrowdSync assets
• Maintain accurate internal tracking and make sure every event is fully closed out

On-Site Events

From time to time, you’ll travel to client events and represent CrowdSync on site.

That means:

• Working directly with clients, production teams, venues, and event staff
• Setting up and supporting CrowdSync technology
• Troubleshooting technical and operational issues in real time
• Staying calm and moving quickly when plans change
• Working effectively in high-pressure live event environments
• Being adaptable when the event does not go exactly according to plan
• Always putting CrowdSync’s best face forward with the client
• Doing everything possible to make sure the event runs smoothly and the client has an incredible experience

Live events move fast. You need to be someone who can see a problem, take ownership of it, and figure it out.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple events at different stages simultaneously
• Strong with clients and confident communicating over calls, email, and in person
• Proactive rather than reactive
• Technically comfortable and willing to learn new hardware and software
• Able to troubleshoot and think quickly under pressure
• Adaptable and comfortable with the unpredictability of live events
• Someone who takes ownership and follows things through to completion
• Willing to travel and occasionally work nights or weekends when events require it

Experience in live events, experiential marketing, event production, hospitality, touring, sports, entertainment, or client success is a plus.

Comp: $55,000 - $65,000
