About the Position

Due to growth a newly created position has been opened to further develop the companies workflow, construction and operational systems.

About the Position

Responsibilities will include:

• High level executive support to General Manager of Building
• Management meetings and actions
• Business improvement across construction and presite operations
• Optimising operational workflow
• Systems, technology and automation using various programs and AI
• Trade and supplier engagement

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years experience in construction administration or operations in residential construction
• Operationally focused, process driven and methodical approach
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skill
• Strong attention to detail
• EA experience highly regarded
