Operations Coordinator [EL]

Support the supervisor in coordinating daily business operations and ensuring smooth workflow.

Manage telephone inquiries and provide timely responses to customer requests and service-related questions.

Receive, record, and process customer orders while ensuring accurate order information and follow-up.

Identify suitable spare parts, coordinate with suppliers, and follow up on quotations, stock availability, and deliveries.

Handle emails and correspondence from customers and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of routine matters.

Prepare and process customer billing and invoices in accordance with established procedures.

Track inventory movements, monitor stock availability, and arrange replenishment of supplies as needed.

Maintain accurate records and ensure all operational documents are properly organized and accessible.

Carry out other assigned duties related to business operations and administrative support.
