We are currently looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee our Southern California projects and occasionally manage assignments in Northern California.

The Role:

As the Operations Coordinator, you will lead operations primarily from our headquarters, focusing on intensive interaction with clients to ensure their utmost satisfaction and project success. Your role will also involve coordinating with our field teams across California to ensure seamless scheduling and execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for project management.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure top-quality service delivery across all project sites.
• Manage resource allocation and scheduling effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Occasionally coordinate and engage with field staff to streamline operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in operational leadership within the electrical or telecommunication industry.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Proven ability to manage both client expectations and project teams efficiently.
• Must provide verifiable references and documentation confirming qualifications and experience. Incomplete verifications will disqualify the application.
