Operations Coordinator- Fabrication

We’re looking for another Operations Coordinator 👋

Are you a natural leader who knows the mining world, loves working with people, and doesn’t mind a bit of travel?

We’ve got a new opportunity at Mader for an Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This isn’t your typical desk job. You’ll be working closely with our crews, clients and international teams, getting out to site, building relationships and helping our people and the business grow.

What you’ll be doing:

• Keeping in touch with our boilermakers and making sure they’re supported

• Building strong relationships with our clients and looking for new opportunities

• Working across the different services Mader has to offer

• Getting out to site and travelling when needed

• Working with a great bunch of people who know how to have a laugh along the way!

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in mobile maintenance/mining
• Trade-qualified Boilermaker
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Someone who’s organised, proactive and loves getting things done
• Good conflict-resolution skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• A current driver’s licence
