Operations Coordinator (Installation & Assembly)

About the role

Operate as the central point of contact in the day-to-day operations between customers, technicians and relevant teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries from new orders, rescheduling or after service-related questions, can use multiple systems at once
• Track and update work orders to keep records complete and accurate
• Monitor service completion and customer satisfaction data to spot trends and flag areas for improvement
• Communicate regularly with management on KPI, service quality and issues
• Collaborate with the technician teams and other departments and setting process improvement targets to increase service quality

About you

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Management or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of managing operations
• Experience in home services, electronics installation and assembly
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in parallel with customers and service team
• Service-minded, with a solution-focused approach to handling service inquiries
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with teams, suppliers, and customers
• Proficiency in English in a plus, reading, writing and speaking
