Operations Coordinator – Ocean Freight

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily sea freight operations
• Handle full set of shipping documents, international shipment and transportation arrangement
• Handle the shipment accurately per SOPs and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal and external customer including overseas agent and ocean carrier

Requirements

• Diploma or above in related discipline
• Preferably with 1-2 years relevant experience in logistics industry. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Diligent, self-motivated with high sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC operations knowledge, particularly in MS Excel
