Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator specializing in ocean import to join our logistics team. This role involves managing the end-to-end process of ocean freight imports, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, & carriers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing shipment documentation, tracking cargo movements, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Proficiency in logistics management, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheets is essential to effectively support daily operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics management or supply chain coordination, specifically within ocean import operations preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and spreadsheet management for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a professional communication style.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• English & Chinese Bilingual.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
