🚨 Job Opening: Operations Coordinator (Plumbing Experience Required)

📍 Location: Singapore

📅 Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and job scheduling
• Lead and manage field teams to ensure quality and efficiency
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
• Oversee inventory, tools, and materials management
• Prepare photos and service reports
• Prepare isometric drawings and material take offs (MTO) prior to project commencement
• Plan and control material orders, track deliveries, and monitor material usage to prevent wastage.
• Brief workers on installation methods, safety rules, and PPE requirements before commencement of work.
• Attend site inspections.
• Report daily site progress, challenges and technical issues directly to the Porject Manager
• Prepare CAD drawings for related projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in plumbing or related trade
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
• driving license required
