Operations Coordinator Project Manager

Responsibilities

 - Coordinate the day-to-day operational delivery of assigned vessels and projects

• Act as a key point of contact between clients, vessel crews and internal departments

• Monitor project performance, schedules, costs and operational requirements

• Support budget control and track project expenditure alongside commercial teams

 - Ensure vessel operations remain aligned with contractual and client requirements

 - Work closely with crewing, technical, QHSSE and commercial teams

• Support crews with operational issues and ensure reporting requirements are maintained

• Coordinate with ports, agents, subcontractors and other third parties as required

• Maintain accurate project and vessel information within internal systems

• Support continuous improvement across vessel and project operations

• Attend vessels when required to support project mobilisation, delivery or operational issues

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements • Strong experience within maritime operations, vessel management or offshore marine projects • Experience supporting or managing workboats, offshore construction vessels or similar marine assets • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills • Good commercial awareness, including exposure to project costs and budgets • Understanding of maritime contracts, ideally including BIMCO • Knowledge of QHSSE, vessel operations and marine compliance requirements • Previous experience within the Middle East maritime market • Exposure to major regional clients such as ARAMCO and ADNOC would be highly advantageous • Strong communication and organisational skills • Fluent English; Arabic would be advantageous • Willingness to travel and visit vessels when operationally required
