Operations Coordinator / Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time terminal operations via CCTV and TMC systems.
• Coordinate trolley, taxi and porter operations and respond to service requests.
• Monitor trolley and taxi supply, passenger queues and operational systems.
• Coordinate with Duty Managers, Terminal Managers and Operations Supervisors during incidents or irregular operations.
• Support incident investigations through CCTV footage retrieval.
• Provide operational updates, reports and administrative support.
• Cover Supervisor/Duty Manager duties when required.
• Support ad hoc operations and quality improvement projects.

Requirements

• Diploma in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in operations/quality functions.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently, manage stakeholders and adapt to changes.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (2 days on, 2 days off).
• Able to obtain an Airside Airport Pass.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
