Operations Coordinator (WFH - NIGHT SHIFT)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the smooth operation of the T4 Airside Shuttle Service.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report directly to the Duty Manager (Executives)
• Receive, acknowledge and follow up on on-demand activation requests for the T4 Airside Shuttle Service
• Assign and dispatch buses according to operational requirements
• Monitor and report bus movements
• Prepare, summarize and consolidate activation and ridership reports at the end of each shift
• Perform any other operational duties as assigned by the Duty Manager

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

• Able to read and write in English

• Proficient in digital communication and operational tools such as:

  • WhatsApp
  • Zello
  • Microsoft Excel

• Minimum 3-month contract, subject to extension

• Work from Home

• Working Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• Salary: RM3,000 per month

• Willing to undergo 1 week of training at our Singapore Changi Airport office

⭐ DESIRABLE

• At least 1 year of working experience in Singapore
• Experience in Transport / Aviation operations will be an added advantage
