Operations Coordinator (Work-from-Home )

This role will not be responsible for creating campaigns and is viewed as administrative in relation to marketing for the account.

Responsibilities:

• Managing safety data sheets medical devices
• Updating records and managing accuracy of various contact databases for 200+ suppliers
• Checking status, changing records, making sure records are accurate, product inquiries on dental products, guiding callers to the right sources, ability to locate information helping to answer questions
• Maintain salesforce database
• Invoicing – preparing for services
• Maintain learning management system
• Coordinating outstanding credits

Tools:

• Salesforce is the CRM
• Focus – Australian version of Microsoft software
• Outlook for emails

Qualifications:

• At least college level of any Bachelor of Science related field
• Attention to detail, precision, highly organized
• BPO experience is an advantage
• Background in dental healthcare account (for relatable experience) not required
• Fluid English – good communicator
• Excel proficiency – will work with a lot of excel sheets / SharePoint workflows
• Ability to work independently (need less oversight)
• Can do attitude
• Computer literacy
