• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (customer service/technical support).
• Any Qualification Undergraduates or Graduates both can apply.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in spoken English; excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in typing speed; strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers.
