Operations Customer Expert – Dutch

Location: Remote – Lisbon, Portugal

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Expert to provide friendly and professional customer support via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, refunds, and returns.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Act as a point of contact for external sellers.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch and good command of English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Working Schedule:

• 40 hours per week, 8 working hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break.
• Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 23:00.
• Remote position based in Lisbon, Portugal.
