Job Overview:
The TS Operations & Engineering Rotation Program is a 26-month accelerated development program for high-caliber early-career talent with the potential to become future leaders across Operations and Engineering.
Your first rotation as a Production Supervisor will provide a strong foundation in frontline leadership. You will work directly with production teams, learn how manufacturing decisions affect business performance, and take ownership of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people priorities with support and coaching from experienced Operations leaders.
This is not an observation-based program. You’ll be expected to learn quickly, use data to solve real business problems, and contribute measurable results. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who wants to learn quickly, solve meaningful business challenges, and grow into broader Operations leadership roles.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing performance. This role leads production teams, manages resources, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards. The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in achieving production targets while developing a high-performing and engaged workforce.
