About the Role

SynerComm is seeking a Director of Operations to lead operational strategy and business growth for its newly established Miami-based subsidiary.

This position will play a key role in building the subsidiary's local operations, establishing scalable business processes, and supporting sustainable growth in the technology services market. The Director of Operations will work closely with company leadership and cross-functional teams to develop operational plans, improve business performance, and establish a strong foundation for the Miami operation.

This is a leadership position for SynerComm's Miami subsidiary and is responsible for developing and managing the subsidiary's day-to-day operational framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies for the Miami subsidiary in alignment with company objectives.

• Establish operating processes, procedures, and performance standards to support the growth of the new subsidiary.

• Lead day-to-day business operations and coordinate activities across sales, service delivery, finance, administration, and other functions.

• Develop operating plans, budgets, performance targets, and key performance indicators.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and business performance.

• Support the development and execution of growth initiatives within the technology services market.

• Establish scalable processes that can support increasing customer activity and business volume.

• Work closely with leadership to evaluate business performance, operational requirements, and growth opportunities.

• Monitor operational metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective service delivery and operational execution.

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, business partners, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and organizational development as the Miami operation expands.

• Ensure operational practices are consistent with applicable company policies and legal requirements.

• Identify operational risks and develop practical processes to address them.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the subsidiary's business operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operations, business management, professional services, technology services, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in a management or operational leadership role.

• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing operational strategies.

• Experience supporting business growth, organizational expansion, or the establishment of a new business operation.

• Strong understanding of business processes, budgeting, performance management, and operational planning.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technology or professional services environment.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior leadership.

• Experience establishing processes and performance metrics for a growing organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology services, IT services, cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, or related industries.

• Experience launching or expanding a business operation in a new geographic market.

• Experience managing vendor and partner relationships.

• Experience working with enterprise customers or B2B service organizations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Technology, or a related field preferred.

This position is being created specifically for SynerComm's Miami-based subsidiary and will be responsible for establishing, developing, and managing the subsidiary's local operational function.

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this position is $180,000–$220,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. Additional compensation and benefits may be available in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.
