Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sportsbook and betting platform.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Monitor sportsbook performance, betting activity, revenue, and key operational KPIs.
• Oversee customer support, payments, settlements, and other operational functions.
• Ensure efficient management of customer deposits, withdrawals, and account-related issues.
• Work closely with Risk & Compliance teams to manage fraud, responsible gaming, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Trading teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Manage relationships with payment providers, technology partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Lead, manage, and develop high-performing operations teams.
• Prepare operational reports and provide management with insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure company policies, processes, controls, and industry regulations are consistently followed.
• Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, systems, and customer journeys.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in operations, with significant experience in the gaming or sports betting industry.
• Proven experience in a senior operations or leadership role within a betting/gaming company.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook operations, betting platforms, payments, settlements, and customer service.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations, responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and operational risk management.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and operational costs.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and business performance data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven betting environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party service providers.
